The concept of organizing public spaces was developed for a business class residential complex "MY Priority/Basmannny".  The main idea was to create a cosy and at the same time refined and elegant atmosphere. The main lobby is divided into two functional areas. The reception desk is the central element there, its geometry and the facade call to one another, which ensures a single stylistic space. A recreation area with a bio-fireplace was created in the lobby, giving the residential complex a sense of luxury and comfort. Geometric ornaments, strict lines, expensive finishing materials reflect the overall concept corresponding to the "MY "Priority" identity.
